This piece displays finding beauty within. The fine liner waterlily is such a delicate, small and timid part of a great, strong and mighty river which surrounds it, yet the flower is so beautiful. My inspiration for this piece was feeling small, represented by the flower, in a big world full of stress, anger, unfaithfulness and hate, represented by the water.
